Hello, I booked the room online. I received a quick response to our email discussions with the hotel. The staff was pleasant and the welcome was excellent. Very clean room, quiet location. The staff at reception were all incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming, and made my stay a true pleasure from the very beginning, helping me with a lot of information (it was my first time in Algeria) and with useful tips. Always with a smile. The hotel is also very well located, it does had a true boutique hotel feel and the breakfast is exceptional! The best cakes ever
