The customer service was really proactive by asking me about my opinion concerning housekeeping, maintenance and breakfast. Breakfast was so yummy especially the cheesecake and fresh juice. Mr Mahmoud, the owner, was extremely welcoming and attentive to our needs. Also, the underground car parking was a very useful feature, as we drove to Alexandria from Cairo and there is very little public parking nearby. Outwith the apartment, the location is fairly close to the main sites of Alexandria and also opposite the Gleem Bay restaurant and cafe complex, built on a water break/pier that extends out into the sea.
