First of all, I would like to thank Mohamed, the officer who took care of me, for his interest and concern. He always supported me in case I needed anything, we were greeted with incredible cleanliness and attention. It was one of the best experiences of my life thanks to him. All I have to say is that it is without a doubt 5 stars. All the staff were super friendly, always attentive if we needed anything, always with a smile on their faces. If you're thinking of going to the shops, there's a papyrus shop that's just incredible. Great food, even though I'm a vegetarian. The pools are very clean, even the one in the suites.

The staff were all phenomenal and welcoming. From our housekeeper Mohammed, in B7 to the amazing host, Hossam, Ahmed and Ahmad, in Palma Resturant to the amazing barmen twins Mohamoud and Mohammed at the pool bar. We loved the amenities for the kids, access to the beach through the sister hotel. The food here is soo delicious, we have definitely gained some weight! The evening entertainment was varied and awesome. We loved Charina and Anna at the kids club. Also, credit must go to Joe for his DJing.
