We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed, and meeting Ali Shaban was a highlight – his professionalism and kindness set the tone for our experience. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and full of delightful surprises, like the creative towel art left by housekeeping each day. The buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The entertainment programs in the evenings were engaging, and we thoroughly enjoyed the additional activities, especially the artificial wave and tennis facilities.

I recently stayed at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling — they truly make the hotel feel special. The room cleaning service was excellent. My room was always spotless and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The food was also very good, with plenty of variety and fresh options every day. There was always something tasty to choose from. The outdoor areas are another highlight. There’s plenty of space for sunbathing, and the pools and beach are clean, organised, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm offers great hospitality, good food, and excellent service. I would happily return and recommend it to others.

I had a great stay overall, with many positives and just one disappointing experience at the end. First, the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of appearance—it actually looks even better than the pictures on booking sites. At check-in, the receptionist was very accommodating, providing the room I requested and even allowing early check-in, which started my stay off perfectly. The room was spacious, newly renovated, comfortable, and clean, with excellent housekeeping service from Fathy. All the staff offered great customer service, especially in the main restaurant and the snack bar. The beach, while rocky, is easily accessible with a short walk, and sea shoes make it safe for kids to swim. The coral reef is one of the best in Sharm el-Sheikh, especially on calm days without wind. The variety of food was good, though it did become a bit repetitive. The kids' club staff were wonderful with the children, and the animation team was fantastic, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience was slightly spoiled after check-out. About an hour After leaving my room and I had already checked out at the reception and was ready to exit with my car, a security guard at the main gate asked me to wait while they checked the room. I found this unprofessional and honestly disrespectful—I mean, what did they expect to find? Did they think I’d try to take the TV or pillows? I’ve never encountered this in any other hotel, even within JAZ hotels. While I truly enjoyed my stay, this ending left me feeling disappointed and upset, which was a shame after such a lovely experience.
