The stay with Sarah & Sam and the whole family was simply indescribably beautiful. I felt like a member of the family from the very first second. The rooms were very clean and had everything you need. The food cooked by Mery, if desired at extra cost, but the quality and flavour better than any Fijian gourmet restaurant. The tours I went on with Sam were unique. Lots of stories and wisdom that made me laugh, along with the cultural knowledge of the country and its people. I will miss you. The overall experience was amazing, each one made us feel home. We extended our stay because of how great the experience was. We stayed in the villa which has an outstanding view. You can book a ton of activities at the reception. And it's a family owned place which makes you feel you are part of the family. Thank you everyone for this :)

The snorkelling out the back of the hotel was lovely. There was a large staff to customer ratio which meant there was always someone to help you. Lots of lovely plants at the hotel and the rooms were nice. Free water refills is always appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay at JayDees, the people living here are the kindest people we ever met, they are alwaysg happy to help you and provide very good advices to travel around the beautiful island of Taveuni. The food was just amazing and always varied, local and in good quantities. We loved the music played during our meals, the coconuts and papaya provided everyday from the garden. We were sad to say goodbye to them.

If you think about Homestay experience, this is the perfect place ! Sarah and Sam are absolutely amazing! More than helpful, really kind and mindful! Thank you for your kindness and knowledge! Home is close to the airport and a bus stop. Sarah and Sam have really good tips on how to visit the island and will adapt to your way of traveling:) The food is absolutely great, and I garanty, you won't leave the table hungry ;) The room was clean and tidy, with everything you need, even a newly added AC !
