Oak Lodge was a gem of a find. Heather and Frank were very friendly hosts and made you feel at home. They were very welcoming towards our very beautiful dog Bella, who was very settled and relaxed there!! Nothing was too much trouble and even asked if we wanted decaf tea. The property is situated overlooking the fields of Lincolnshire. The photos do not do the rooms justice. Our room was very spacious and a massive bed. Decor was amazing. A nice touch was the names on the house plants and even somewhere to put your jewellery at the side of the bed. Plenty of storage. Breakfast was made with love by Heather and done to our preferences. Again, nothing too much trouble. The property was extremely clean and comfortable. used Purdy and Fig cleaning and even gave me some to try. We left our car there for a little walk into Spilsby, and they came back out to say bye again and have a chat. We will be recommending you and will definitely be back. Great rooms, comfortable and classy. The gardens are gorgeous and relaxing. Close to Lincolnshire Aviation Museum. Breakfast was superb, done to my convenience. The host was friendly and helpful.

Absolutely 10/10 on everything! Everything you could want from a getaway. Full of nature, no noise of traffic or other people or anything like that. Get to sit out in the comfy rocking chair in a blankie and feel so serene. The host Jane is absolutely lovely and I felt like a cherished visitor rather than simply a customer. Perfect for my mates dog as well who also got a great holiday as he could wander in and out without being at risk and without any of that nature being at risk too with a super secure fence. Outdoor shower was the best (there is an indoor one too!) And now I want one in my garden! I'm already planning to see when I can come back and for longer, loveliest place I've ever stayed. 💖
