Very nice Hotel surrounded by vineyards and gorgeous trees. Old family house turned into adorable estate for those who appreciate comfort, care and beauty. Amazing atmosphere, lovely colonial style furniture will make your stay special. Whole place is relaxing and peaceful. Very good breakfast with stunning view of the mountains and vineyards. Hotel team is doing everything to give unforgettable memories. Special thanks to Chef Tornike for his sense of humor and charm:) Minor comments: 1) we ordered cooking master classes which were interesting and nicely organized. The only proposal would be to add aprons for clients. 2) towels and bathrobes are to be renewed - too old and don’t match high class hotel.

We (3 friends) were stay at Guest House Velio for one day, we met a wonderfull host, a realy great location, quiet, spacious, clean, comfortable with all utilities we neded. The hosts were very friendly, helped us in everything we need, booked for us a wine tasting dinner at Numisi wine cellar, that was a great experience. Also we had a fantastic breakfast. We can only recomand sincerely.

This is a wonderful picturesque and quiet place in Alazani valley. An amazing winery (you can get a tour and wine tasting here) and a beautiful hotel. The prices are reasonable. The staff is amazing. Tamari did a great tour and wine tasting for us. It made us fall in love with Georgia and its wine even more. I totally recommend this place. The rooms are cozy. The views are incredible. The peace is indescribable.

Everything was perfect, the location is outstanding. Lovely secluded, serene and in the middle of a beautiful sprawling vineyard surrounded by the caucasus mountains. Fantastic Place to stay in the Kakheti Vineyards region. In fact, the hotel is so good that you don't feel like going out to Telavi or to any other vineyard. Can't expect anything more from a hotel. The Tsinandali Estate is a historical, not to be missed vineyard on any tour to Kakheti and to stay in such a wonderful hotel located within the estate is a dream. The staff are great and the food was also amazing.

Words can bearly do justice to this gem! We spent 3 sunny days as a family of 4 loving the golden colours of the autumn leaves surrounding the hotel in its idyllic location at the end of the lake with extraordinary 270 degrees of breathtaking views. Large comfortable rooms and spacious balconies were well thought out with excellent facilities (fridge, Nespresso machine etc..) The spa complex was functional but well equipped with a super steam room, sauna and plunge pool. An infinity pool on the roof overlooking the lake was not heated, but an invigorating dip added to the feeling of wellbeing . We also enjoyed a superb hour long massages. And the food… oh my goodness. The breakfast buffet was a work of art almost too good to eat, but it didn’t stop us! Delicious homemade yoghurt and muesli, wonderful mushrooms cooked in tarragon… and the best eggs Benedict I have ever tasted, with a perfect freshly made hollendaise. Dinner was a learning experience of tasty and freshly cooked Georgian dishes- all exceptional. After all that food were grateful of the free bikes and pedalo! All the staff, without exception, were charming and helpful We can hardly bring ourselves to leave and will be back. One note- at the time of writing (October 2023) a new building is being constructed adjacent to the current hotel. It’s testimony to the wonder of the place that the construction noise didn’t detract too much, but if you are planning a visit soon, it’s worth being aware.

I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one truly exceeded all expectations! A new, incredibly stylish place with a cozy atmosphere and outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for — we were warmly welcomed, congratulated on a birthday, and even treated to a slice of cake. The food deserves a special mention — everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. Huge thanks to the staff for their sincere kindness, attention to detail, and professionalism.
