I would like to thank the staff for their excellent service. Varied and delicious breakfast, perfect Spa, wonderful sky-bar. There is billiard room in the Hotel which operates 24 hours and it's free for the guests. Hotel located in the center of the city, near europe square. Very clean, stylish and modern rooms with all necessary items.

It is the most beautiful apartment I have lived in. I rented the family room and 2 studios. It is wonderful in every sense of the word. clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. They have a restaurant on the same floor only for guests on the 40th floor. The owner is wonderful with his very high-end dealings. The location is excellent, directly on urbi Street near sea , restaurants and shops. I would like to point out that you will find many apartments with the same design in booking, because the building is a hotel and apartments for different owners. They are 3 similar buildings A B and C, and I highly recommend these apartments(( Batumi high view))because the owner is very keen on the comfort of the guests and cleanliness, and he is very cheerful and excellent treatment. It's a family business and the owner's name is Mahmoud and he and his whole family are wonderful.

Yes, we liked the breakfast. In general, this is a very good authentic hotel! Located in a picturesque place of unsurpassed beauty! high in the mountains, so beautiful that it takes your breath away. You should definitely visit this place if you want to understand the beauty of Adjara! Very tasty in the restaurant! We recommend traditional Adjarian dishes! The biggest advantage of this accommodation is definitely the location – in a quiet and beautiful area right by the Botanical Garden, with stunning sea views and large terraces where you can sit, enjoy a glass of wine, work, or simply watch the sea. Another great benefit is the restaurant within the complex, which serves excellent breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. It’s perfect especially for Europeans who may find the traditional Georgian cuisine a bit too heavy. As for the apartment itself, the main drawback was the lack of kitchen equipment. The kitchen is spacious – much bigger than what a family of three would actually need – but inside you only find six glasses, plates and a wine opener. If you buy a water-melon, there isn’t even a knife to cut it, and cooking is basically impossible since there are no utensils or pots, even though there is a stove and a dishwasher. Furniture was fine, cleanliness around 98%. Overall, I will definitely come back. For me, staying in the busy center of Batumi doesn’t work well. If you are looking for peace, walks, running, and nature, this is the right place.
