It's a great place, run by lovely people. 😍 it's really peaceful and relaxing. Public transport options are limited compared to Kutaisi, but they do offer transfer or will take you to a bus. The in-house food is great and affordable, there's a shop really nearby.

The location, next to the Archaeological Museum and right on the edge of town, is perfect. A lovely terrace overlooking a beautiful garden and lush woodland made it all the more relaxing. And the welcome, from humans, dogs and cats, was amazing. Our host was so friendly, accompanying us around the museum to give an extra local flavour; and the breakfast was fantastic.

The property was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay. The host was polite and helpful throughout the stay. This flat is great for anyone wanting to explore Kutaisi. It's a good size, perfect for a couple or a small family (with 2 bedrooms and a giant livingroom. Highly recommended! George is an exceptional host. He did far and beyond what he is supposed to offer as a host. My kids love him, he was like a cool grand dad to them. The room is clean and spacious. We were offered a very tasty Georgian wine. We would love to come back to this place.

▫️I really liked the house of the 19th century with lots of old stuff inside. You live like in an old castle. Living rooms are renovated and beautiful. ▫️An excellent intelligent creative family, they draw,make something. ▫️Convenient location between the airport and the city center. You can go to the center by Bolt (mobile app) for a few minutes, its very cheap, about 1€. ▫️ Two wi-fi networks. ▫️ Very tasty homemade Georgian food.
