A family house near the church in Ubisa. Excellent location, beautiful view, large and clean room, a large yard and big terrace. The owners are very welcoming, the price is decent. I received by email exact directions to get there. Pay attention to this road, if you don't have a bigger car, it is preferable to walk the last part (2-300 m).

One of the highlights of our trip and a perfect way to end our adventure in Georgia and unwind in the countryside away from tourists and the city noise. The property is spectacularly designed with attention to detail. We were almost the only guests in this large property and almost felt like having private staff - upon request we were immediately served delicious dinner and breakfast prepared by their chef. The pool was perfect for a cool-down and the wine-tasting experience interesting and of great value! The staff was super attentive and professional despite their young age - thank you for everything!

The owners are very friendly and helpful. They fulfilled all my wishes. Whenever I needed it, they prepared for me a variety of delicious homemade food and the portions were huge. The place is gem of a place. Excellent host and the place is magical. The small farm land and a cozy stay which was converted into this beautifull stay. Host stay at the top floor and we stayed at the ground floor. There was no necessity of fan or AC. beautiful kitchen and the common area where we we singing and playing. The small place outdoor with swing is beautifully decorated and provided peace. It was our anniversary and the surprise that they provided was wonderful.
