Beautiful hotel with great facilities. Friendly staff and easy check-in. Just a 10 minute walk away from the cutest Greek town area. Great cafes and restaurants were very close. Would recommend a car to get around in the greater area. A short car drive away from stunning beaches. Clean rooms and a nice pool. Would recommend, and would stay here again.

We had an amazing 10-day stay at this apartment during our trip to Greece. From the moment we checked in, the host gave us a warm welcome and made us feel right at home. The apartment was spotless, and the pool was just as clean and well-maintained. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool bar was well-stocked with a great selection of drinks at fair prices, and the atmosphere was always relaxed and inviting. Our apartment was cleaned regularly and thoroughly by the housekeeping team, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect—just 500 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece. It truly feels like a hidden gem. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

We had amazing moments here, the perfect blend of relaxation and luxury at it's finest. The adults-only policy ensures a tranquil environment and the beach-front location is simply stunning. Our suite was beautifully designed, clean, stylish and airy with a spacious balcony that provided breathtaking sea views. The resort’s location, just a short walk from Afitos, allowed us to enjoy the best of both worlds – peace and exploration. Strongly recommended to all!

Location is very convenient for going around Kassandra. The beach near Nea Fokea is very near, which was great for afternoon walks on the beach and also Afytos is just 3 minutes away with a car and there is a very convinient parking there to do shopping and buy food, etc. I rate my stay 10/10 and it was a nice house overall.

    Mike and Alexandra are the best hosts you could ask for. They are kind and generous, always happy to help and do everything with a smile. The hotel feels luxurious, and you can tell a lot of attention is given to details. We spent five nights in Greece, and IADES suites was the top highlight without a doubt. There is a free parking lot about 3 minutes away from the hotel by foot. Breakfast was great. The room was very clean and spacious, and the shower was perfect. The pool area was calm and nice, and the pool itself was clean.

    Very nice rooms with modern furnitures, so clean. Big balcony which offers beautiful sunrise view. The town center is 4-5 minutes away by walk. Car Parking lot is right in front of the building and since the building is located before the narrow streets of Afytos starts, it's convenient for people to stay here who doesn't want to drive in the town center. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for us.
