The hosts made sure I could access the hotel after hours (I had a late flight), and accepted my pet cat overnight. The room was very comfortable, spacious, with a very comfortable bed. I slept well. So did my cat! The bathroom was lovely with a huge shower and oodles of hot water with a powerful spray.

Beautiful hôtel with beautiful swimming pool and view of the town and sea. The rooms were normal size. The staff at the front desk were exceptional in always making sure everything was good and very helpful with planning places to visit. The staff at breakfast and the restaurant were very friendly as well with a superbe buffet breakfast and delicious food at the restaurant. To top it off there was a free shuttle service to and from center town which made it so easy to go out to est and shop. Highly recommend the hotel

The breakfast was very good and the location excellent. It was within a short walking distance to Chania old town and the bus stop. The staff was wonderful, especially Ioanna, Gemina and Antonio. They were so personable and helpful. Ioanna and Gemini made us feel at home and helped plan our days in Crete. They were exceptional. Antonio was a wonderful waiter. This was the best European hotel that I've stayed at. I highly recommend staying here.
