Exceptional setting with an extremely well maintained comfortable home. All the small comforts that would be expected of a home stay was present. Tea and coffee supplies as well as some fresh farm milk in the fridge. Beautiful scenery. Host was very responsive and helpful. Really wished we could have stayed a few more nights.

We’d stay for a night The property is overlooking the river. Mary is very kind pleasant and heartwarming to us and it’s a biggest treat for our Bella. She’d make sure that we have everything we need from a simple treat inside the room to our walks and meals arounds town. The property is very clean and comfortable near to all your needs walking distances few minutes to shops, restaurants and Killaloe River cruise site. Mary has a small dog in the house but never a bother with our Bella we slept through out the night.Thank you so much Mary, hopefully to see you again.

Lovely clean and spacious room with big bathroom . Breakfast was exceptional , with vegetables growing on the property served alongside traditional breakfast . Phyll the owner runs one of the best BnB ‘s I have stayed in. And a great carácter too . I will definitely recommend here without hesitation. Stayed only for one night but had a pleasant stay and would stay again no doubts. We bothered the receptionist for an extension lead and got it in 5 minutes delivered by herself. Also had dinner and were served by Josephine who was taking good care of all the dinning room that evening. Saw her pouring drinks, getting orders and coming with the plates - still not making people wait on anything or forgeting anybody, amazing asset to any hotel team. I saw a wedding set up being prepared for the day after and she even went out of her way to show it to me as I was curious. Lovely lady & a beautiful function room. Will go back, no doubts.
