This is a really beautiful place, both culturally and spiritually. You appreciate it the longer you stay at this residency. People have such pure and nice souls. Really, the house owner is not my blood, but he treats me like my own sister. I went this Friday and Saturday, May 3, 2024, to May 4, 2024. He helped me until the end of my trip. I felt it was like my own house. In this world, it is very rare to meet people like this. 101 % of the time, I can recommend those who are staying in that residency. Unique house, mix-and-match colour wall, vastu criteria house. Full of positive vibes and a smiling face, Amma has such good manners—there are really no words to describe. Don’t miss it! Those who want to go to temples there are famous and energetic temples to visit.

When I booked Kumbakonam inn for my recent trip to Kumbakonam from Australia, I was a bit doubtful if I had made the right choice. But my doubts vanished within half an hour of stay in the place. The property & the hosts were simply exceptional. The location, comfort, cleanliness & service, guidance on places to visit & food was simply superb. Hosts Balaji & Bhuvana are the loveliest people & made sure that everything was taken care of including the needs of my mobility impaired family member. Very accessible property.
