We loved everything about it. The location was great – a 3-minute walk to the beach and a 15-20-minute walk to the city center. The room was very nice and clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived early, but there was no problem with early check-in.

i really enjoyed staying there and the location was also good. The hostel was worth the price. people were nice and the whole staff was very humble and helpful. My room was clean.. the food was good even though the menu was not very fancy and the washrooms were also clean and simple.mr. hussain and pranit were really good

Spacious and very clean rooms in a modern building. Well equiped, with a nice warm shower, good bed, smart television with Netflix and A/C. Very friendly host and great hospitality. The property was way better than my expectations, apart from that, the Estate manager, Mr. Anant, our Butler, Patrick, and our super start Chef Sanjay and the team took great care. The love and smile that they gave you were outstanding. Breakfast was the best part, customisation variety of options and menu and the food quality and flavours all were excellent.

The location and the staff. The pool was big and the place was buzzing with activity. Baba Au Rhum , Arpora flea market, The Birch etc. all close by. Good place if the intent is to use the room only as a place to sleep and you want to go to all the nearby places to hang out at Anjuna . The hotel has a busy and small parking lot, but the valet guys are very efficient.
