The property is a duplex farm house, where kitchen, one queen size bed with AC and 3 separately placed mattresses non AC room with balcony are available, two washrooms. We visited this property during Jan with a family of 5. It is a comfortable and eco friendly stay. The beach is 1-1.5 km from the stay, temple 2km. The owner is friendly and polite, and shares the happenings in Gokarna. 3 cars can easily be parked. Highly recommend for family and friends.

The location, the view and the amenities in the property are amazing. It had everything that a hostel needs. The beach front cafe with the amazing food is an added bonus. The host made sure that you have a good time with endless games and fun activities. There is never a dull moment here even with less people. Very close to the railway station. Rooms were neat and clean. Bathroom was also spic and span. Owner (Manjunath) was extremely helpful.

A beautiful quiet place to stay if you wish to be a little way out of the main town of Gokarna; staff were friendly very very helpful - arranged Rickshaws, drinks, dinner and anything we wanted. Very clean, absolutely quiet; excellent mattresses and cannolis aircon.
