We stayed for three nights and had an amazing time. Rajeev was so welcoming and helpful. The food was amazing and he explained the different dishes to us. The room was immaculate and the views are incredible. It is such a relaxing and beautiful place to spend a few days.

We stayed a couple of nights at this beautiful hotel. First of all, the place immediately felt very clean and welcoming. A wonderful fragrance fills the entire lobby. The ladies at the reception gave us a warm welcome. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant area is our favorite. The food is excellent and of the highest quality, and the dining staff is very helpful, polite, and attentive to every need. A special mention goes to the restaurant manager, Suresh, who was always attentive and patient, and to his assistant, Muthuraj, who was very kind and sweet. We highly recommend this enchanting place surrounded by nature.

The room was very spacious and clean, the bed is massive. Its very new and modern. The bathroom was the best one we had during the whole trip. Girish and Sunila are such nice people. They were so helpful. Girish helped us organise our trip to the National Park and advised on onward travel. He even followed up to see if we got there alright. Sunila cooked very tasty breakfasts and served them in their own home. - something different every day, always traditional Kerala food. The location is in a quiet residential area, a bit away from the main roads. The bus station and main road is only a 10 minute walk away. Places to eat and shop are plentiful and close by.

My partner and I had an incredible one night stay here! Thank you so much for the generous upgrade of our room!! Everything was so clean, and beautiful - the touch of greenery was so serene. Clean and very well appointed. Great shower with good water pressure, and plenty of hot water. Thank you so so much for organising our clothes to the laundered with a 6 hour turnaround - we were very pleased. Your dinner recommendation at 'Hotel Sandra Palace' was also spot on. And lastly your wonderful puttu and kadala breakfast on the stunning balcony will be a treasured memory for us!
