Tiziana and her family were absolutely amazing hosts. They were so kind, thoughtful and welcoming. Her Son did a great job of explaining how the place ran, as well as telling us about the history of the town and things we should do/ see whilst in Gubbio. Not only did she assist with helping us navigate getting to and from the town, she pre-booked a taxi for us and brought us croissants for breakfast when the taxi was due to pick us up! We couldn’t thank them enough for our amazing stay in Gubbio.

Akasha was amazing. The family running it were fantastic - so friendly and helpful. The evening meal, cooked by Cassandra, the daughter was fantastic and offered 4 courses every night if you wanted at a very reasonable price. Being able to return from a day's outing and lie by the pool was exactly what we needed. The location allowed us to explore the whole region. Umbria offered so much wonderful experiences.

We stayed with our dog at this wonderful farmhouse for 5 days. It's the perfect location, close to the highway, to explore the historic cities of Umbrië such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio and a lot more. Also the lake of Trasimeno was easily to reach. it's a beautiful located farmhouse, on the top of a hill and in the middle of the nature with a great view on the country. The accommodation itself is absolutely perfect, with great rooms and a unique breakfast- and dining-room. We enjoyed a room with a kitchen, a living room and a separate bed- and bathroom. Everything we needed was available. The farmhouse is very dog friendly, as the owner has to very sweet dogs himself. The Agriturismo is run by Andrea and his mother Rose, two extremely sweet, friendly and helpful people, always prepared to give you advise on anything you need. They have their own small restaurant, mainly for the overnight guests. The food (produced from their own land) is just fabulous. Rose is a wonderful cook and clearly prepared the diners with lots of love. We couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely come back here. We're very grateful to Andrea and Rose and wish them very well.

Great spot, nice view from the window. Quite cheap parking just behind the residence (1,2€ per hour 8-20 everyday also Sundays). Next to the parking there is a 'basket' attraction worth attending. Super contact by whatsapp with kind and helpful lady owner, all the instructions needed we got before coming.

A really marvelous location with a breathtaking view of the valley. Breakfast is excellent with home made cakes and bread. We visited the place in fall, so we didn't use the swimming pool and other summer related facilities. For us it was an excellent base to visit Urbino and the beautiful Gubbio.

Akasha was amazing. The family running it were fantastic - so friendly and helpful. We stayed with our dog at this wonderful farmhouse for 5 days. It's the perfect location, close to the highway, to explore the historic cities of Umbrië such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio and a lot more. The accommodation itself is absolutely perfect, with great rooms and a unique breakfast- and dining-room. We enjoyed a room with a kitchen, a living room and a separate bed- and bathroom. Everything we needed was available. The farmhouse is very dog friendly, as the owner has to very sweet dogs himself. The Agriturismo is run by Andrea and his mother Rose, two extremely sweet, friendly and helpful people, always prepared to give you advise on anything you need. They have their own small restaurant, mainly for the overnight guests. The food (produced from their own land) is just fabulous. Rose is a wonderful cook and clearly prepared the diners with lots of love. We couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely come back here. We're very grateful to Andrea and Rose and wish them very well.

The apartment was very near to the center of Gubbio and next to the Teatro Comunale Luca Ronconi that was of our interest. The housekeeper was very polite and helpful. She gave us all the indications that we needed. This apartment was traditional of this place in two floors. It was a 5 minutes walk from the free parking of the city and all the restaurants. Our stay proceeded smoothly and this short trip to Gubbio will remain memorable. When we will visit again this very beautiful city for sure we will choose her again.

Location is good enough, just several hundred meters away from the roman theater, and the parking lot is quite convenient. The staff(host)Luca is very friendly! I had cornetto for the breakfast(yummy)! Definitely recommended.

5 mins walking from city center no private parking, but free parking is not problem nearby good breakfast (at least is better than the standard italian breakfast), with ham, cheese, coffee, some sweets very nice staff fridge in the room
