This is a new Hotel. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. Barely a 5 minute walk to the sea front. The staff were amazing and always ready to help, including to find us a place in a beach lido. One important thing: take the hotel’s advice and ask them to book for you in advance a good place in a beach lido, as otherwise you risk not finding a place at all. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in ages at a hotel. It’s a la carte and serving some very authentic Sicilian food.

Noemi made us feel so welcome and the atmosphere was amazing. We loved the delicious breakfast by the pool each morning and even joined in for a delicious home cooked dinner one evening. We also loved being able to walk across the street to the beautiful beach. The stay was perfect.

Our stay in Mondelo was fantastic! The apartment was in excellent condition, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. Its location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beautiful beach and conveniently close to a lovely bakery. We were staying in the Tramontana room with the most beautiful terrace and view over the sea and mountains. The place is very confortable and very well equipped. We loved the welcoming persons, the little extras in the kitchen and mainly the house is fantastic. Well situated in a very charming village. It's perfect to go around and visit parlermo. We stayed in december and the place is perfect.

Edi, the owner is an exceptional person, very kind and very attentive to his guests. he was available and very good advice for visiting Palermo and others. Mondelo beach is nice 👌 it’s not very far on foot it’s 15 to 17 minutes 💪 or otherwise there are free electric scooters available. there is a supermarket 10 minutes walk away. The apartment is very pretty and very design ! I love it 🥰! there is plenty of space! the apartment is very well equipped , a gas stove for cooking , very practical washing machine, 2 large TVs with free Netflix, bath towels. It will feel like home ! Grazie mille Edi for everything ! You’ re the best for me ! Diana 😉

I loved my stay Unico Hotel D'Arte! Monica, Livia, Veronica, and the rest of the staff are amazing and so kind! The property is a hidden gem and has the prettiest vibe and views. Breakfast each morning was lovely. My room and it's views were beautiful and it was hard to leave the balcony each day to visit Mondello and Palermo! Highly recommend!
