The location is excellent—there’s plenty of free parking (we arrived at around 17.30), though it can get a bit tricky to find a spot if you arrive very late, as many tourists return from day trips around the same time. Having a Conad supermarket right next to the hotel was super convenient for picking up snacks and drinks. The check-in experience was wonderful—the young lady at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful, a real asset to the hotel. Our room was basic but very spacious and clean, which made it perfect for our last night in Sardegna - wanted to swim in the Villasimius beaches and be only an hour away from the airport. Breakfast was another highlight—abundant, fresh, and satisfying. We took it in the verandah. The beach is only about 2 km away, and we walked there easily. The next morning, we returned and continued walking to another beach a further 2 km away. It was a lovely experience—peaceful and quiet, with just a few morning joggers and beach staff preparing for the day. There are also plenty of dining options in the centre which is only a few minutes away from the hotel and can very easily be walked to. Overall, this hotel was a great base with everything we needed for the money we paid. Highly recommended.

The room was recently renovated and had all amenities that could ask for including a hair dryer! The location is great, next to a local parking lot and the main road of villasimius. Simius beach is also walking distance 15 mins or so. Noemi was very helpful and accommodating and got our days started with beautiful breakfasts! Would definitely recommend it if you are visiting the area.

We had an excellent stay. The host was incredibly friendly, prompt and very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Everything is super new, with air conditioning in every room, two separate bathrooms that are very clean and modern, and a large terrace. The area was peaceful and quiet which was perfect for a good night’s sleep. Overall everything exceeded our expectations and I would happily stay here again anytime. Highly recommended.
