'Shorten' the distance to Temple 12, since it's located near temple 11; perfect place to rest for preparing a next day pilgrimage. The place is new, comfortable and clean. Facilities are compact. An excellent stay at the bottom of the ropeway after walking from T18 Onzanji. Great location below T21 Tairyuji. Meals were excellent and the staff were welcoming, very kind and friendly. Nice rock baths. Clean and as shown in photos. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed two nights. Absolutely loved the big bath to soak in. The massage chair was a wonderful, relaxing experience. Very clean accommodation with good amenities. We liked the location as it suited our travels. The house was close to one of the 88 temples.

This is a very nice B&B. It is definitely a very good choice if you will visit Tokushima. The host, Masae-San is so kind and the helpful. Actually the best host that I’ve ever met in Japan. She picked me up at Tokushima station, cooked very delicious meal and provided fine tea and desert for me. The Japanese-Styles B&B itself is newly built and well equipped. I like it very much. I had very nice conversation with the host, making me feel like a real guest, hahaha~

If you are lucky enough to book this accommodation, you will be delighted with your choice. Your hosts are the most delightful and kind people. The room was exactly as described: very comfortable, very clean & light with cooking facilities and a washing machine. It's a 10-minute walk to a major supermarket and 15-20 walk to Tokushima train station. I will recommend this place to all my friends and hope to return soon.

The hotel I chose for the proximity to Tokushima train station, and it was decently priced. It is just on the corner from the station, and the hotel even has an own entrance and exit to a 7/11 convenience store. The room was rather big, even fancy, with a decently sized bathroom and a bathtub which can actually be used as a bathtub. Wi-fi worked well in the room. There are multiple washing-dryer machines at the hotel, even more than usual, so no issues with overcrowding on those. They also can be paid with a card, not just with coins. There are also microwaves and vending machines. The staff were very helpful, and they helped with ordering luggage delivery. Breakfast was superb, with huge variety and lots of great local dishes.
