The staff are all nice, helpful, and cheerful. Facilities are all amazing and thoughtful. The entire villa/camping unit is spacious. We especially like their bed and pillows, not soft, making us sleep like a baby. We stayed for two nights. They also changed dinner menu, which was very thoughtful and very appreciated too!

I had a wonderful stay at this Guest House Zen! The view of Mt. Fuji from the property was breathtaking—waking up to it every day was a highlight of my trip. The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed to feel at home. It’s a beautiful modern layout with big glass windows allowing you to see both Mt Fuji and lake Yamanaka. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and they give you everything you need, we got the room with Mt Fuji view and a private sauna, it was just perfection. Not to mention the staff are so kind and professional. The public onsen is amazing and also feature an ice bath. I would 100% recommend this place if you were to come here.

I would recommend anyone to stay at this guesthouse, the house itself is wonderful, the bedroom’s are large and comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and the jet bath is an added bonus. The location is amazing with so much to do around that area, lots of hikes and places to cycle and enjoy the scenery. The hosts are amazing and couldn’t do enough for me, they really went above and beyond. I hope to come back in the future and stay here again. Thank you so much for everything.

Everything! The hospitality of the owners was probably what makes this place so special. The room was cosy, comfortable, with Netflix on the tv! The private onsen (indoor and outdoor) were the cherry on top! You get free breakfast, free bikes and massage chairs. You can also do your laundry for free. The place is 3min from the lake, the location is beautiful and if I could give more stars, I would!

For people who have dog this is heaven! Very nice place and all facilities and staff are very friendly to dogs. We had two wonderful nights here. Rooftop view (blue floor with WAN’s Resort print) is second to none!
