We had a great stay at Opulent Oasis in Habaraduwa, which felt more like an apartment. It’s a 3-story building, and we stayed on the 3rd floor in a brand-new, spotless apartment. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioners, and 4 bathrooms with hot water. Being the first guests, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The apartment is fully equipped with a small kitchen and utensils, which allowed us to cook our dinner. It also has a dining table, TV, washing machine, gas cooker, fans, A/C, and other furniture, offering excellent value for the price. The rooftop terrace was a nice bonus, with a lovely view to enjoy. The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, which made our stay even better. For such a small budget, the apartment exceeded our expectations and was well worth the money. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable and affordable stay.

Hiresha and Sudeera made our stay at the property a delight, looking after our every need. Transportation, food, recommendations, everything. The property itself is stunning and spotless and the true meaning of Boutique. It's a little way from the beach but it's in the jungle with no sounds other than the wild life. There are little extras with this property that are noteworthy, the use of the kitchen if you like or the laundry room.

A new and very fresh hotel with exceptional standard in relation to the price. We stayed for 28 nights and would love to return! (We booked our many nights several months in advance, which brought the cost down to $17/night!) Very clean, superbly quiet and efficient A/C, great bathroom, very comfortable beds, bed linen, good wifi etc. The hotel has sea views from the rooms on the west side and over rolling greenery to the east. The private balconies are really big and nice! It is walking distance to everything you could possibly need; about three minutes to the nice beach, restaurants, grocery stores, fruit stores, bakery, doctor's office, clothing shopping etc., about 5-7 minutes to the bus and train station, bookstore, motorbike rental (however, I recommend Easy Bike Rent which is a little further away), mobile phone shops etc. etc. Lahiru, who runs the hotel, is incredibly caring and always available! He really did everything you could think of to make us feel comfortable. In addition to the "usual” hotel service with impeccable cleaning and such, he surprised us with both a fruit basket and fruit drinks. We were also invited to accompany him when he went to a temple nearby where, as an active Buddhist, he showed us every step of the temple visit. Very interesting! One really hot evening the power went out on our floor (a transformer failure in the area). Even though it was dark, Lahiru immediately got on his motorbike and drove all the way from home (about 1 hour drive) so we could move down to another room and have a working A/C. So sweet of him! 🤗 He also has a lot of knowledge about the area - all excursion destinations, transportation, etc. and is happy to help his guests. And it was never about money, just this wonderful Sri Lankan hospitality and kindness! Thank you, Lahiru 🙏🏼

Very good Villa. Very big and spacious. All furniture are news and comfortable. Big beautiful street zone. Very clean house, there is a good wi-fi with high speed. We worked in 2 person without any problems. Owner are very friendly man, who wanted to do our vacation best in out life. He help us a lot of time and drive us to bus station. Good Villa with best owner. We are happy, thank you very much!

It's located in the colombo main road and the the railway station is also 5 mins away. Shops and eateries are nearby and long beautiful beach at the back side of the house! Everything from the garden landscaping, the artwork and the fabrics selected for linen and towels - this place is carefully curated by the owners. You won't feel like leaving once you experience a home cooked meal by Mary or the best coffee in Sri Lanka prepared by Guy. We loved everything about our stay here. Guy and Mary are such tentative hosts, welcoming you into their paradise. Our only regret is not staying for longer.

    The setting is that of a villa in the jungle immersed in nature and silence. The VIP pool was quite amazing. We got a free upgrade due to availability! Wish we could have spent more time. There is enough parking at the premises. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to requests. The food portions were actually larger than we hoped and tasty too. It is not even 500m from the main town, therefore ample amenities close by as well. Being very close to some charming beaches, probably the best place for swimmers and surfers as well

    Very clear, cozy and quiet place for having rest for family with kids. Two pools and free space for chilling. The courtyard with a lot of trees different kinds of plants, they even have a fountain with fish. Every breakfast meal was tasty with fresh fruits and glass of juice. The staff are very kind and helpful, they are doing great. There is a parking lot. We have been so exited spending a week in this location that we added few more nights in this amazing place.
