Really nicely little villa. Kitchenette was well kitted out. Plenty of drinking water was provided. Everything was clean. Pool was a bonus for a dip after a day on the beach. Short walk to beach which had a number of decent restaurants with beach loungers free for guests. Used the airport transport which worked well. Overall a nice place to stay.

Wonderful place with wonderful people. The cleanest place we have had during our stay in Sri Lanka. Each of the staff members seemed too good to be true. It was difficult to believe that all those people are so genuinely nice, but they were for sure. Highly highly recommend this place for everyone. In reality it looks exacly like in the pictures or even better.

LOVELY hosts who are ready to help you whenever you need something. The room is neat and clean and very nice. We stayed here for 7 nights and it was still too short. It is a walking distance to the beach where you can find sunbeds under palm trees and watch the sunset. Also the "beach boys" who rent out those sunbeds and make tours with you are a great crew, we had so much fun with them! Don't worry about the train noise. Yes, it's loud, but it my opinion it just belongs to Bentota and you will get used to it.

There are no words to describe this place—just book it and experience it yourself! Cleanliness is top-notch, meeting European standards. The beach feels almost private, and the food is absolutely delicious. It’s a peaceful and quiet retreat, yet just 3km away from the bustling Bentota if you're looking for more activities. I loved this small personal hotel. It has 4 bedrooms and it was just perfect. A cute pool that was big enough to keep cool, but you could also swim even if not an Olympic size..The staff are so friendly and if you wish will address you by name. I loved the fresh baked fruit bread at breakfast, my personal choice of a yummy option. Made by Susan in house. The beach is right outside the second area of the property. Local to other places to visit and eat if you are out for the day. It's such a lovely place to stay, I will be returning on my next visit.

The breakfast was brilliant and catered for any craving you might have in the morning, along with a view of the lake right there while eating, making each morning magical. The facilities were always clean with friendly staff ready to assist you at all times. Excellent breakfast, limited options. Included fresh fruit platter, fresh juice, tea and coffee with eggs prepared as per request. Very boutique property, tastefully done, spacious rooms, clean. The decor with lights really changes the mood in the restaurant and pool in the evening. Friendly owners and competent team, equally friendly pooches :)

The hospitality and friendliness of the staff is just perfect! The food is great too. We started our holiday here and it was great to recover from the flight, you can also go for trips, we went to the Brief Gardens which was great, but there is more to explore, so you can definitely stay longer here.
