Our stay was truly out of this world! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location—right in the heart of a lush tea estate, with breathtaking views in every direction. The serenity and beauty of the surroundings made it feel like a dream. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile which especially important if you are traveling with small kids . The food was another highlight: delicious, authentic, and beautifully presented at every meal. Plus we enjoyed amazing and ad hoc dinner set up to celebrate birthday. Room was lovely - stylish & very comfortable. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch service, mouthwatering cuisine, and a setting that feels like it’s straight out of a postcard, this is the place. We can't wait to return! Overall rating: 11 out of 10.

Amazing location and experience. Room was beautiful and they accommodated breakfast on the terrace which was very special and much appreciated. The tea factory tour was great and amazing pool.

Lovely, comfortable hotel in Walapane. We loved everything about it. Our room with ensuite bathroom was fabulous, and the staff made us feel very welcome. We ate dinner and breakfast there, and both were delicious. Highly recommended.

This is the place to be, if you are going to Nuwara Eliya. The location is great, the room i great, the food is amazing (and you get so much of it) but the bedt part is the staff. So welcoming and kind hearted. One of our best stays on our journey through Asia was here. Would recommend 100%

Appleton Villa is a true hidden gem in the middle of nowhere—exactly the kind of place you dream of discovering! The villa is incredibly stylish, with an elegant design and a cozy atmosphere. We were welcomed with a lovely cup of tea, and though we weren’t hungry, the mouthwatering aromas from the kitchen were hard to resist. The next morning, we were treated to an absolutely incredible breakfast. The entire stay was flawless—smooth check-in and check-out, spotless cleanliness, and a wide range of services available. The villa also offers super-fast WiFi, streaming channels in the room, and spacious, beautifully designed accommodations.
