Very helpful host and he gave me the info for the itinerary. And I like the dorm bed with the curtain to provide privacy and it’s clean (have to take off your shoes while entering the premises 👍)

Everything. The friendly personnel, their efficiency, professionalism. I appreciate that every time I come I am spoiled by Dima, the cook at the breakfast, Milena at reception, and Ms Zaporojan giving the welcome and there for us guests. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were even allowed to checkout later than scheduled due to a late night flight. They gave us recommendations on where to eat and arranged taxis for us. We also received a complimentary large of bottle of water each day.
