clean, quiet, modern facilities, excellent breakfast choices. only 1,020 paces from the airport. ( yes I did count them) but I didn’t hear the planes. ten minute walk to the marina and all the restaurants there. bus stop across the road to the Malecón and old Vallarta.

Fabulous little hotel! We had a massive room with a balcony facing the sea where we watched pelicans and dolphins go by. The restaurant is absolutely delicious - great breakfasts and a wonderful 3 course Valentine's dinner. We also watched the whales one morning going by while we were having breakfast. It is out of town, so nice and quiet but the bus is very easy to catch for a ride to one of the small villages or into PV. Will looking at getting a car next time to visit even more of the villages. Thank you so much to all the staff - everyone was very accommodating and helpful!!

I stayed here for just one night last year, and loved it so much that I came back this year for 4 nights. My favourite part is how calm and peaceful it is - I was here to work on some writing, and it was really quiet and tranquil. My apartment was huge and had everything I needed - kitchen, huge TV, lovely balcony, very comfortable bed. The pool is huge which is great if you love to swim, and the gardens are just beautiful - I really enjoyed watching the birds and lizards and hummingbirds. The food is also excellent (the shrimp quesadillas are out of this world), which is lucky because there isn't really anywhere good to eat nearby that isn't an expensive tourist trap - just eat here if you can! Staff are really friendly too. It really is an escape - it's in a very quiet neighbourhood and you won't want to leave!

Our stay at Villa Lala was one to never forget, both the hotel and the location are so incredibly beautiful and the very friendly staff made sure we had an amazing stay right from the very beginning! The hotel is very romantic and can be recommended to any couple! Their restaurant including wonderful sunset views has very tasty dishes and really great cocktails! We are definitely planning to come back! We also thank the hotel very much for helping us arranging a tour to Los Arcos and all their advice for activities nearby!

We loved everything about this hotel. Our room was beyond expectations (Mariposa) with its quirky decor and balcony overlooking the atrium. The breakfast room was gorgeous, with river views and a spa pool. The rooftop infinity pool was perfect for morning length swimming and had spectacular 360 degree views. A a bonus pool and sun deck was just above our room. The location was perfect, next to the river and Coale Islsnd, plus loads of small restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. Our stay was made extra special by the hotel staff and the two rescue cats, Elizabeth and Josephine.

We liked everything about the hotel. From check in the young new employee was very energetic and helpful. The room was awesome. Pool deck excellent food was good up there. We enjoyed the breakfasts we had. It was so relaxing on the pool area with no kids! We wished we stayed all 5 days here! We actually left our downtown hotel because it was so old and dated. We will definitely be back. We rented a car and used the free parking for one night.

We drove our car so it was great location easy to get in and out of. Rooms were comfortable, and gave a useful kitchenette. We didn’t expect to use it but found we enjoyed the view of the mountains from our balcony. We stayed in tower 3 on the 5th floor which over looks the parking lot. This may not sound pleasant but it was a really great view with the mountains and being able to watch the sunrise. There were a few nights with hour long rain storm and again watching the storm over the mountains was a great experience.

Great continental breakfast it started early for travellers going to the Airport and lots of good coffee , spacious and clean with food options , good seating arrangements with a optional outdoor area .Safes installed in the rooms , they have carts for your luggage and easy egress and access to the front desk upon arrival , decent car parking , friendly desk staff , nice relaxing pool area with sufficient pool furniture toilets nearby , good shower in the room , the rooms in general are a decent size

Check in took a bit of time but appreciated the upgrade. Appreciated the late check out and use of hospitality room. Most staff especially at breakfast and restaurants are friendly. Prefect location, mid way to town and airport. Outside facilities super clean and well maintained. Food and service at restaurants good. Free parking great! Fair resort security. Nice pools.

There is a small amount of free parking, which is so helpful if you have a car. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite spacious with plenty of storage for your clothes and luggage.
