This place was amazing, just what we were looking for. Everything was as expected and much more. The rooms and place is very clean and beautiful, and the owner is beyond kind. She led us through a holistic activity in the morning, even made us cappuccinos and gave us bananas. Everyone there was super friendly, and the place has the best vibe. We loved everything – the hotel is an oasis in the center of town. The garden with the pool, fountain and trees is absolutely beautiful! The room is spacious and so comfortable. We slept very well. AC works great. Shower is big. Breakfast was included in our stay, nothing remarkable but we liked it. The quality of the stay for the price was amazing. Highly recommend.

Fantastic family run gem situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The owners were very friendly and spoke fantastic English! This guesthouse complex is close to the main square and is around the corner from a great restaurant and mercado. The local cenote is a 12 minute walk away which is a bonus! There were lots of nice touches like mosquito spray and music in the communal garden. Rustic and authentic feeling with very helpful friendly staff

Very high standard of hospitality!! Very clean rooms and the staff is very friendly. Location in the middle of the centre. Car parking very small, but street parking nearby the hotel was also easy (no show stopper).
