The best accommodation in Longyearbyen imaginable! Not just a hotel but many other facilities including a huge "living room", game room, restaurant, etc. A complex of several buildings set aside from the city center yet very close to it (there is a bridge shortcut to the town). We stayed there during the polar night and we enjoyed the setting with Christmas trees in the yard. Very nice breakfasts and a superb restaurant.

Almost everything is perfect. The room is clean and spacial. The people here are friendly and willing to help. The heating system is like that the energy is free of cost. The location is right next to the city center, which means easy to go to restaurants and supermarket. It is very important in winter. The decoration makes me feel in a wooden cottage, which was an amazing experience.

The location was great. The facilities in the rooms were quite satisfactory. There were two bathrooms which was a relief. The restaurants are very close. It was wonderful being there.

The location was just across the main street. Very clean and friendly staff. The room was just as described. Very clean and cosy. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever been to. The breakfast has many options. If we ever return to Svalbard we will definitely choose to stay there.
