We went for a short family trip and stopped for one night only. Tony was very welcoming! It felt like home, warm and cozy...Tony also offered yummy healthy breakfast next morning. We explored surroundings a bit, it is a prime location - walking distance to the lake, and a very short driving to food places and shopping! Great memories, we highly recommend to visit this beautiful place and meet Tony. We hope to get back one day too...😊

Large living room with separate bedroom. There was a well equipped, small kitchenette. A large, very clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. There were several facilities for fishermen. It was very pleasant to sit on the deck and watch the birds. It was a short walk to the river. There were laundry facilities on site. We loved the place.

We had the perfect little lodge house right on the beach of lake Taupo. Great to see the sunset and be in a tranquil spot. The property was very clean and comfortable and had everything you could need. Bron the host was very welcoming and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for the night.

Very nice and functional unit, great view of Lake Taupo. The owner was very pleasant and we appreciate how we was able to accommodate a last minute request with our dates due to closure of the Tongariro Alpine crossing for a few days.
