Ibraheim and the rest of the team were exceptional, accommodating to our every need. We arrived much later than we expected and Ibraheim was very reassuring and took care of all the arrangements. He took time to sit with us after dinner and breakfast the next morning, he is an outstanding contact to have if you are in Oman and require travel arrangements to any part of the country - he supplied us with a route on google maps to see as many places as possible in the shortest amount of time! Amazing service from all of the staff. We loved the space between each dome, providing privacy for our family of 5 and ensuring we were not disturbed during the stay. A range of activities available, which were enjoyed by all of us. Nice selection of food for both dinner and breakfast. Beautiful views for sunrise and sunset

We had an amazing night here, the camp is further out than the others which gives it a private and exclusive feeling. One of the most beautiful sunsets ever, good buffet dinner & breakfast & fire at night with the stars above was a highlight! Bathrooms are clean, just a bit smelly, I guess that is not to be avoided in a place so secluded! Bed and tent were spacious and comfortable.

We were reaally glad we booked Moon Light Camp! Easy transfer for 5 OMR one way, arranged a little in advance. Dinner was amazing and well worth the money. When we saw the location of most of the other camps-one next to the other..not really in the desert-you really want to stay at a place a little further away from it all like Moon Light Camp. Thanks for the great stay!!:)

It was easy to find the meeting point, where you can leave your car in the shadow (if it’s not 4x4) and easy to contact Rashid or his daughter, they both speak good English and reply fast. Rashid took us to the camp in his car and the ride itself was incredible, as the camp is located deep in the desert (and as budget travelers we enjoyed that the price for the transfer was a bit lower than in many other camps). Inside the camp you can’t ask for more, the tent is really spacious and nicely decorated, there are these little details as some spare chairs in the tent and outside too, so you can enjoy the views from the terrace, big fresh clean towels, additional blankets if you feel cold during the night and the bed itself is extremely comfortable! There is a private bathroom in the tent, which is impeccable, even for taking the shower, the water pressure is fine. The location of the camp is really perfect, as we made a big research before booking it and in the end stayed completely satisfied. Perfect spot for photographers, as you can’t see other camps around (except for one, but pretty far away) and the dunes are just right there. Rashid is a great man and treats his guests as friends, he can make you a good company and feels if you want to stay alone. During our stay we were offered fruits, coffee, tea and some other snacks, that we didn’t expect. And the fire in the night was just great. Highly recommend to stay for at least 2 days.

A magical place, no other camps nearby. Said is a wonderful host, he met us to guide us to the campsite We enjoyed beautiful dates, tea, and coffee and then walked up the dunes to watch a great sunset. Our dinner was beautiful - fish, chicken shwarma, bread, rice, hummus, dips, melon....we were the only ones to stay and slept under the stars rather than the tent.

    Rashid was very friendly and helpful wanting to make sure his guests were all happy, we couldn’t find the meeting place in Bidiyah and he sent someone to find us and take us to the camp. Location was just what we hoped for in the sand dunes and tent spacious and clean, lovely big comfortable bed. Plenty of food for breakfast and dinner, as we were late arriving Rashid faves us a little taste of dune bashing on our way back to the car park.
