The staff were very nice and very helpful. On the day of arrival in the afternoon they took us on a short tour of surroundings where they showed us local plants and the river. We event got to taste the raw cacao beans. They helped us call and order taxi because we don’t speak Spanish and Uber doesn’t work here. They have a small shop with fruits, bread, sweets and salts. Breakfast was excellent. We got avocado every day. With some rice, eggs or tamales. We also got bread and coffee or tea.

Great place to chill for a few days. All rooms are equpipped with fan and AC and private bathroom and fridge. Clean place all over. Theres a bar, a beautiful pool and the host is fantastic and very friendly. Even took us out to buy some food anf other stuff. Helped us with everything. This place wilk make you chill out. Its worth it. There is harldy anything bad we can mention.

Amazing place to stay, close to the wild nature but also not so far from the city. Lovely bungalow house with fridge, privat swimming pool and hammocks, surrounded by jungle forest (just like in the photos). The host really tried his best, even took us on a little trip around the area and beautiful privat beach. Tasty local breakfast (included in price) as well as lunch (which was offered to us) on site.

A really lovely, peaceful place to stay, surrounded by the sounds of nature, with all the little whooping, scratching, hooting critters that abound. Nicholas, the host, was so helpful in sorting us out with various things, including day trips. It is quite a way from town so organise your food and drinks before you arrive, and don't be fooled by the distance on the map - the real distance is further as you bounce around swerving round potholes. Some taxis might not make the journey depending on the season. Here be dragons....

The staff at Tronco are absolutely exceptional. My girlfriend got ill just before we arrived, and everyone at Tronco was so accommodating, caring and incredibly understanding, despite us having to make multiple last minute changes to our stay and activities. They cooked special food to help with her illness, and also assisted with medical attention. Nothing was too much to ask. The accommodation is lovely, the location is beautiful and peaceful, the food is excellent and the activities Tronco offer are fantastic. We only wish we could have done all of them! Everything is 10/10 and we would highly recommend staying with them for your visit to the Amazon. Thank you again everyone at Tronco.

Raffael and Alex will ensure you are looked after and have everything you need, whilst Carmen will cook you amazing breakfast, lunch and dinners that are local oriented using fruits and vegetables from their land and local markets. Very easy access and very friendly for early arrivals that you could checkin immediately and start your venture to the jungle as soon as possible. We had wonderful two days there that everything was beyond my expectations. The suite with balcony to river views were superb, very comfortable and I could stay there all day. The staffs there were friendly and welcoming. The inclusive activities were well organised and interesting! I would love to comeback.
