The view was Amazing, food delicious and a great hospitality service.

As far as jungle stays go this was unreal! The hotel is outstanding! The location is so beautiful, and the lodges are all so nice. Keep the doors shut to keep the bugs out. Nice to sit on the balcony, watching the river and the cloud forests was magical. The pool was also great! Food was possibly some of the best we ate our entire trip. We were not expecting the food to be SO GOOD! Yes, there are bugs - as someone from the UK this was a hilarious experience as I have never seen crickets and grasshoppers this size before so kept the staff entertained when I would scream at them landing on me :) But this was one of the highlights of the trip. We did a river tour - the guides speak mainly Spanish, but you can still get the jist even if your Spanish is extremely basic (like ours). We also had a translator who was volunteering at the hotel who came along so that was helpful! We saw a sloth on the boat trip, that was really special. Lots of birds and saw some tiny monkeys too.

From the attentive concierge who fulfilled my every request to the diligent housekeeping staff who ensured my room was always pristine, their commitment to excellence surpassed my highest expectations. Indulging our taste buds was an unforgettable culinary journey. Eating almost every dish from the hotel's restaurant was a gastronomic wonderland, where culinary artistry met a symphony of flavors. Each dish, meticulously crafted from the finest ingredients, delighted my palate and left me craving for more. The attentive staff effortlessly struck a balance between attentiveness and discretion, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience. The hotel’s pool is an oasis of relaxation that transported me to a realm of serenity. I crave the sparkling swimming pool which is cocooned amidst lush greenery and offered a refreshing respite from the world outside. Beyond the hotel's walls, the surrounding area was a paradise waiting to be explored. From vibrant markets to cultural landmarks, each excursion was a captivating adventure.

Breakfast was pancakes, selection of fruit, olives, cheese, muesli, fresh fruit juice. Coffee/herbal teas. Hot water available throughout the day Very nice!

Calm place, awesome Cafe here also, host was lovely, big rooms.

The view of the breakfast place is beautiful. The hosts were kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

My husband and I had a great stay here. Luxury beyond the ordinary. Amazing food that was served in different places out in nature, the room was very beautiful and the staff did everything to make sure we had a good time! A place to recommend if you want something out of the ordinary
