Coffee and tea were provided. Lucy is very friendly. She offered to buy me food but i went out to buy with her instead. Very homey, it's home away from home. It's a good idea to turn that old house to a homestay, some antique collectors items inside.

Great location, friendly staff, was quiet and we slept really well in comfortable beds. Basic room but just what we required. Breakfast classic Filipino style and only available until 8am.

The property was well-lit, and the triple room featured a larger-than-average fridge, which was a welcome convenience. I appreciated the water dispenser that allowed guests to refill their bottles. However, I found it unusual that the room had a kettle and cups but no coffee provided. While I could have requested coffee from the staff, this wasn’t a major issue since the breakfast buffet served excellent coffee. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and although the breakfast selection was modest, the quality of the food was commendable—particularly the daing na bangus. It would have been a nice touch to include Vigan longganisa on the menu, given the location. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. I’ve stayed at five-star hotels, but the level of training and attention to detail exhibited by the staff here was remarkable. They remembered my name and room number, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were consistently polite, well-mannered, and attentive. Special thanks to Spens, Scott, and Sean for making my stay memorable. When Sean noticed I had a lot of luggage, he kindly arranged for Scott to assist me and even provided a complimentary ride to the Partas bus terminal. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vigan!

Me and my family had a great stay. We were able to request a special breakfast menu fit with each of our dietary restrictions. The staff are very courteous, we arrived quite late (~10-11pm) and had to leave early (~7:30am) so we needed to have our breakfast earlier than their serving time. They accommodated both of our requests easily. The location is the best, literally a 2min walk to Calle Crisologo. The aesthetics of the hotel, both the exterior and the interior, is great and fits the whole Spanish era vibes. The fixtures are old but everything is functional and clean.

We enjoyed our stay at DDD,the hotel is brand new,all the rooms are clean , nice and well lighted. The beds, bedding towels are all comply, the WIFI is fast . Maam Pearl's very accommodating and takes good care of all our needs as well as tatay and Kuya. The hotel is affortable . We would rate the hotel and service 10/10 . We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. All our things are safe and the place is peaceful. Highly recommendable. It exceeds our expectation.
