Our stay at Ban Sanai was the highlight of our two weeks in Thailand. The cliff views from the property are breathtaking. You feel fully immersed in nature and far from the chaos of Ao Nang Beach. We stayed in the new pool villa and it was heaven on earth. Immaculately decorated, super comfortable, a home away from home. The staff were also beyond thoughtful and friendly. Don't hesitate to book!

This was one of the best accommodation we’ve experienced! First of all, the hotel looks amazing and it is very modern and aesthetic offering beautiful and cozy atmosphere. The rooms are very very clean and look very chic , offering all the amenities, amazing views, and let’s not forget about the private pool in each room! What i also loved is that the hotel has its own app which guests can use to contact staff, make a reservation about daily activities, check menus or spa services etc. The breakfast experience was out of this world! They have a la carte menu from which you can order fabulous breakfast options or grab food from the very broad buffet - also a variety of beverages,both ice and cold are available. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and main bars but also secluded enough so there is no noise at night. The most important thing in this hotel - the staff. There are no words to describe the hospitality, genuine care, warmth and dedication of every single person working in this hotel. Never have i experienced such a professional and caring team! They are very responsive as well and always make sure all your needs are taken care of! Special notice to the lovely Tia, Benzy, Jane and Wall’s. We are definitely coming back to Krabi and staying in this hotel again!

Firstly the host was very friendly and accommodated all our requests. She remembered my grandson's birthday and surprised him with a cake upon our arrival. Very thoughtful of her indeed. The villa was superbly furnished with comfy beds, kitchen utensils and washing machine. Restaurants and 7- eleven are just 10 min away. Best of all, the kids enjoyed the pool. We highly recommend this property for short or long stay.

We loved this accommodation so much! We were three girls in the cottage and there was really pleeenty of room for all of our things! The cottages are quite new in my opinion and beautiful. There is a pool outside which does not have a lot of sunbeds so if every guest should want to tan, that wont be possible. For us it was not a big issue as we went to the beach. The location is around 10-15 minutes to the beach by foot. The personal is amazing, all of them were so nice to us! We did our laundry by giving them to the reception a lot. The breakfast is not big but quite western. We went there once as it is included in the price but we preferred the several cafes around Eco Inn cottage. Would definitely recommend it :)

I think this is the best accomodation I ever stayed in. Everything regarding facilities it’s perfect but what makes this place amazing is the people. Everytime I was coming back from visiting I felt like I was coming home as they go over the top to make sure you are comfortable . Breakfast is amazing also, they even have some traditional thai dishes. I don’t have enough nice words for this place.

The Location is quite nice and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room and bathroom was nicer and bigger than what we expected. The WIFI is also mostly quite good and works fast. Hot water and good pressure. I found the beds nice as well. Was a good and cost effective options for couples. You can also use the hotel/resort right across for good food and access to pool for only 100 bhatt if you feel like it. Markets are also 5-10 minute walk away.
