Staff were perfect from start to finish. Organised a romantic dinner for her 30th birthday, surprised her with a cake and decorations in the rooms with staff singing happy birthday on arrival. The location is excellent with fantastic pool and very nice beach. Can not fault it enough, they need to build more rooms!!!!

Of course it is a beautiful resort, but what made it 10/10 was the staff! Super nice and helpful people! Also, they have an own app, which made communication, transportation and even reservations, so everything really easy during our stay. We traveled with our baby, I would totally reccommend this resort for families, they even had a wonderful kids corner.

Unexpected facilities. Worth money. Friendly staff. Car parking have. Staffs helps us for open lights to swim at night. Clean bathroom and water pressure was good. Room bed was superb! That fresh aromatic smell was great. Swim pool was great and clean. Location was near to all facilities. Next time must book here.

I have spent month in this place. They are extremely warm welcoming people, supported with all needed things and helped with the transfer back. Staying at the Palm Garden Bungalows was a magical experience. Situated in a beautiful garden, we were surrounded by butterflies, flowers and birdsong. The bamboo bungalows are so comfortable and Mike has added great ensuite bathrooms, good mosquito nets, fridge, fan and plates, cups, kettle and cutlery, making it a true glamping time. We hired nearly new scooters from him, which are needed to explore the island and we loved the location. We slept with the shutters open every night and had no unpleasant insect encounters. The frogs singing into the evening were amazing. Truly our favourite accommodation in Thailand!

Amazing stay- would absolutely recommend and come back. The most amazing views and so relaxing. Amazingly friendly and welcoming hosts. I ended up staying at both Navareeya House Seaview and Deep House Seaview ( owned by the same family) during my 6 night stay in Old Town Lanta (due to a mix up with my flights I had to extend my stay last minute). The 2 places were a 2 minute walk from each other. I had originally planned this trip to Thailand with my partner l and we broke up just before we were due to leave so I travelled alone. This was the most amazing place to recover from a broken heart, self reflect, relax and refresh. Just what I needed! A short walk to the Main Street of Old Town but incredibly quiet. Sareena was so helpful- arranged a very last minute pickup from Krabi airport ( after my flight was delayed and I missed my public bus) , arranged a massage for my room, bike taxi around Lanta and of course the best massaman curry in her restaurant in old town.
