My stay at Rustic Caves was simply unforgettable! Located in the heart of Cappadocia, the hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, and the region’s unique beauty. Services: The staff was extremely attentive and welcoming, always ready to help with tips on tours, balloon ride bookings, and transportation. Additionally, the breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of delicious Turkish dishes, fresh fruits, and homemade bread. Activities: The hotel helped us organize a balloon ride, a magical and unmissable experience. We also went on hikes and visited nearby valleys, all with the support of the staff. Conclusion: I highly recommend Rustic Caves to anyone visiting Cappadocia. The combination of warm hospitality, perfect location, and authentic experiences made this trip truly special.

Everything at Garden Suites Hotel was excellent, EXCEPT for the hot air balloon flight reservation. PLEASE READ THE LAST 2 PARAGRAPHS if you want to book a hot air ballon experience with them. We were three people, so we rented the family room, and it was wonderful to have so much space. The walls seemed well-insulated, as we couldn’t hear the prayer calls, which we appreciated. While decor wasn’t important to us, the room was beautifully decorated, cleaned daily, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower worked perfectly. Their breakfast service was fantastic, we enjoyed it every day! The rooftop was also a highlight, offering a peaceful and magical atmosphere, especially at sunrise. Although you can’t see the sunset due to the mountains surrounding the hotel, the rooftop is still a lovely spot. Regarding the hot air balloon flight, we booked through the hotel about a month before our stay for 279 euros. However, when we arrived, they informed us that the flight for the next morning was canceled, without providing a reason or an alternative time. We only had three nights at the hotel and we planned our whole trip around the Hot Air Balloon, leaving us with only one morning to reschedule. Initially, they told us we wouldn’t get the same price and would have to pay over 300 euros for a last minute booking. They asked us to check back the next day after 10 am for availability. When we did, a different staff member offered the flight for 250 euros, which we booked. They required cash payment in euros (the dollar price was $380). We asked for a receipt and the pickup time, but they couldn’t provide either at that moment, advising us to ask again after 3 pm. After checking back multiple times, we finally got a pickup time at 8 pm but they never gave us a receipt or the name of the hot air balloon company, but the next day we took the flight!! However they ruined our experience from day 1, awful.

1) The hotel was nearby at the restaurants, shops and the main road of Göreme 2) The rooms were very big and comfortable 3) The temperature in the room was perfect (outside temperature 0 degrees and the room was very warm) 4) Haroon was one of the best receptionists we have ever met. The warm hospitality of the staffs. The hotel provides activities and tours that you can sign up with. We booked a green tour with them and was given a private tour instead as it was low season. We were given free upgrade to the king suite room which was awesome. The daily breakfast provided at the hotel restaurant was also great, comes with hot selection, on the last day of our stay, it was a buffet spread and it was delicious, the good service given by the restaurant staff was also excellent.

Beautiful cave hotel! Loved the view from the window . Staff was always helpful. Recommendation of places or things to do was spot on and they even made booking for us for the Hot air ballon ride with the best price for the season and transfer from and to the airport was easily arranged by them. Loved the interior of the rooms . Overall a wonderful stay.

    Location 1.It is located very close to the Goreme market at about 2mins walk 2.Car parking was good as well 3.Good terrace space to sit and chill in the evenings with a nice view. Nice for the early morning hot air ballon viewing.

    Sleeping in a cave was a very beautiful experience. The staff was very friendly, both in the stay organisation (including the management of the breakfast in case of food allergies) and both in the hot air ballon flight experience. Fantastic terrace for the breakfast, with hot air balloons view. The hotel is based in the center of a beautiful small city, with a near public car parking.

    The property is conveniently located near the town. The quality of breakfast was really good. The property has enough car parking space so there was never a hassle to find the parking. The staff was helpful in suggesting a few day activities we could do.

    Large and comfortable room, bed, and bathroom. Location is good and very quiet, although Goreme is very small so you can walk everywhere anyway. Free parking was a nice extra, because it was hard to find a spot anywhere else.

    Everyting was perfecrt. Workers are polite and friendly. Room was clean and confortable. Teras was perfect for photo of baloons show. Breakfast was delicius ans enough. I can advice this hotel. Car parking is not enough but you can find parking around the hotel.
