Facilities were very useful. We cleaned our clothes at washing and drying machine. Room even had dishwasher and stove, we cooked meal which helped to save money during our travel. Hotel have shuttle to Taksim every hour and it takes 10 minutes to arrive Taksim meydan. Staff was friendly, specially Salah bey and others.

Reserved this hotel based on Booking guests feedback. Very new and nicely decorated hotel in good location, metro is 2-3 minutes walk, and historical places 10-15 minutes. Hotel itself is very well done, with good design and expensive materials from lobby to rooms and SPA. Comfort of room is exceptional - very good matrass and pillows, nicely and quiet ventilation/ conditioning. Wonderful cosmetics in bathroom - that you want to take home with you. Very quiet despite windows to front street with traffic. SPA included in booking - and amenities is really good, water in pool is really nice (looks like salty but of course it's not seawater and not smell of chemicals at all). Steamroom and sauna also nice. Actually SPA was main reason to book this hotel - to relax after hectic Istanbul sightseeing whole week. Comments for SPA also will be in minuses. Breakfast is open buffet with eggs station - not that big variety of products - but all of best selection from cheeses to vegetables - everything is tasty. Reception staff is very welcoming and nice and though room was not ready when I arrived (which was around 13-00) - they offered wifi, tea, deserts and room was ready even before I finished them. Also proposed support in transfer arrangement and excursion - but very polite and professional style. Please reward them, as they deserved it and the only reason I don't take 1-2 points of my score to hotel (reasons below)

Wonderful stay in a perfect location I had a great experience staying at this hotel! The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. We recently stayed at Mayar Residence, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience. The absolute highlight for me was the spotless cleanliness. It’s clear that the staff takes great care in maintaining a high standard of hygiene. The location is great, with easy access to the metro and Forum Istanbul Mall. They also have underground parking, and we never had any issues finding a spot. The apartment was well-equipped, also having washing machine iron, dishwasher, microwave etc. One thing to note is that we were asked to leave a 200-euro deposit in cash, but it was returned without any problem at the end of our stay. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located centrally , walkable to grand market , Blue mosque , aya Sofia - all key attractions are walkable. The hotel room itself is very comfortable . We were a group of 3 - there was a second single bed which was really comfortable. Also the staff here are so friendly and very helpful, especially to tourists. They really care about you having a good trip. Mr.Malik who recieved us was so warm , offered help with the whole itenerary , was very thoughtful to give us tips coz we were three women travelling and also helped with bookings . Overall a great place . Highly recommend.

We had an incredible honeymoon at this hotel! The entire experience was unforgettable, thanks especially to Mustafa and his amazing team. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us like family and made us feel at home. Mustafa’s kindness and attention to detail truly set the tone for a perfect stay. The reception team was always friendly, answering every question with a smile, and housekeeping kept our room spotless every day. The food was also exceptional—every meal was a delight! A special thanks to the bellboy, who went above and beyond on our last day to help us get a taxi to the airport despite marathon road closures. This team made our first trip to Istanbul memorable, and we’re already missing them all!

We really loved that the service was as excellent as we had expected and we had a very relaxed and joyful experience at the hotel. There was absolutely nothing to think or organize by us as it was all taken care of by the hotel - room upgrade, welcome drinks, free parking and amazing valet service, amazing breakfast, beautiful views, free shuttle to different points in the city and more. We highly recommend the hotel to everyone planning to visit the area.

lovely hotel in an old building with free street parking nearby (north of the hotel, next to the park. Ask the owner and they will show you). very kind and helpful owners. brilliantly located at walking distance from the haga sofia and centre, and nearby many restaurants and bars. Easily to reach by car, even if you have a slightly bigger car. Safe and touristy area. The room was very comfortable. We will happily stay here again if we come to Istanbul once more.
