There is so much to say about this lovely hotel! The staff members are incredibly kind and always available to assist whenever you need them. They decorated our room for my fiancé’s birthday surprise and even offered us a small bento cake. It was so cute! Regarding the location, the hotel is only about 35 minutes from the airport and close to Paje, but it’s a bit far from the northern part of the island. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and offer a beautiful view of the pool and the beach — especially the Mafia 1 room. The food was delicious, and the scent inside the rooms was simply divine. I was in love with it! Even our clothes came back from the laundry smelling amazing. The spa is cute, and the massage was relaxing — I truly recommend it. The ladies there really know what they’re doing!

The Oasis Residence was a wonderful surprise. Located in the village of Jambiani, just a hundred meters from the sea, it is a blend of modern architecture and African spirit. I stayed for two days with my family in the Deluxe Villa, a villa equipped with every comfort, including free satellite TV. The staff was fantastic, the food was exceptional, and the free shuttle service, which you can book in the morning, takes you to other stunning resorts owned by the same group as The Oasis Residence, allowing you to spend the entire day at the beach. Returning in the evening to dine on your private veranda taking advantage of the restaurant service, enjoying the view of the tropical garden and the pools, was priceless. Highly recommended!

Everything was incredible. From The welcoming staff who fetched us at the airport, to the amazing owner and his lovely wife, the cleaning staff, restaurant staff, security, and grounds staff were all simply amazing. The airport transfer, even at 3 am, was smooth. Despite the late arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a snack waiting for us, which was so thoughtful considering the late hour – a lovely touch. The next day, the hotel staff kindly offered us a different room when they noticed the initial one wasn't quite to our liking – a lovely gesture that really showed their attentiveness. We were also very happy with the excellent internet signal throughout our stay. It was a nice touch to have our water replenished daily in the room, along with some biscuits. The hotel itself was generally very peaceful and quiet, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere. We did notice that the hotel seemed to be quite empty during our visit. However, what truly stood out was the incredible attention, friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff. A special mention must go to Anita, the manager, who was exceptional, as well as Cecília, the supervisor, and the ever-cheerful Issa and Leonard, who were always so kind and attentive during our meals. We also had a wonderful interaction with Ismail, a gardener, who went above and beyond by climbing a coconut tree to get us fresh coconut water one afternoon – such a treat! On a particularly rainy day, the lovely manager Anita did everything she could to make the situation more enjoyable for us. We also really appreciated Leonard, the waiter, who took the initiative to note down our breakfast preferences and share them with his colleagues for the days he wasn't working, so we didn't have to repeat ourselves. The proximity of the beach and the pool was fantastic. And the massage I received from Janeth? Honestly, it was the best I've ever had. And believe me, I've had massages in Bali and Thailand, so that's saying something!
