I didn’t expect such high standard in Tanzania. Starting from the quality of service, staff, food ending with the tents itself. There was everything we needed, tea/coffee set, delicious dinner a d breakfast, nice pool and wonderful staff. They have free transfer to the airport, it is around 7 mins by car

The accommodation is nice and very clean. It has beautiful views of Mount Meru and a beautiful garden. All the staff, especially Zuberi, worry every moment that you do not lack anything. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. If I go back to Arusha I will book again without hesitation

We had an amazing stay here! The beds are so comfortable and the pool is beautiful with the occasional visit from zebras and giraffes!! The fruit and fruit juices at breakfast are so yummy and fresh. The staff are all wonderful and so friendly we will miss this place!

The place is neat. Latifa was very kind and helpful ~ got us food and groceries and made good breakfast. Very quiet and private. Two rooms, two rest rooms, front and rear verandah. Four apartments. Kelly's Lounge nearby has very taste African cuisine.

Overall, the staff are very friendly and did everything within reach to make our stay comfortable. The Wifi was unstable on this occasion due to a fibre cable damage that was reported globally. I had an issue with modification of my booking and the accounts team in consultation with the manager resolved it, exceeding my expectations! Well done team, i will always come again because of the great experience!
