Great apartment with bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and even washing machine. Extremely comfortable and cosy. The kitchen is a great advantage, big refrigerator, cook stove, blender, coffee maker, kettle and all cutlery and utensils. The location is in a typical living area of stone town, very quiet at night, short walk to Jaws Corner and everything else. There is a local bakery in the neighborhood with very tasty warm bread. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. In one word - impressive. Definitely we will stay in this property the next time we come to the Stone Town.

amazing people, amazing interior, best stay during our trip in Zanzibar. next time must have is to take an option with included breakfast, we were sad that we did not choose this option. room nr. 1 was amazing, our best recommendations to our friends and everyone. super location, you can walk for few hours, than come back and go for a walk again, because everything is very close and you do not need to leave the hotel for all day.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Andrea . The house is cosy and felt like a home away from home. Violeth, our host, was incredibly kind and patient. Even when we arrived later than expected, she stayed in touch and made sure everything went smoothly. Communication was clear and friendly throughout our stay. All was great and very welcoming! We arrived late at night after a flight, The hotel is really close to the airport which is really really convenient to who need to stay the night between flights. we stayed with 2 little girls and there is a small playground which was great for the girls to take out some energy after the flight.
