I stayed at this hotel for six days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel attendants were very polite and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay. The room was spotless, and the king beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. There was plenty of closet and drawer space, making it convenient for 3 or 4 people to stay comfortably. The location of the hotel is excellent, within a 30-minute drive to Boston by car. Despite its proximity to the city, the hotel is situated in a wonderful neighborhood with numerous malls and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is located in a charming square, surrounded by several restaurants, a large supermarket, and even an Amazon locker, adding to the convenience. Overall, my stay was delightful, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

We liked everything about this property for a family visit. It was perfect for all of our needs, and the staff was cheerful, kind, and very helpful. Christina in particular, was wonderful. We will stay here again and definitely recommend this Hyatt House to anyone who would like a highly enjoyable stay in the Burlington, MA, area.

Superb comfortable spacious room, great to have a well stocked kitchen and large frig/freezer which we used to cook pur dinner. So close to Wegmans superb supermarket. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice size room for me and the kids with a full kitchen. It was end of May so we could use the swimming pool also, also did not get screwed by car park fee as they were doing work on the car parking spaces so had to park on the other side of the road and I was not charged.....I would of been more upset if conned me out of more money for this place. The room was short on kitchen items which is shocking, considering how much they charged for staying here.

We had an enjoyable weekend in Burlington! Great eateries near by! We didn't mind the commute to Boston and surrounding areas. The staff was great! We loved chillin by the fire pit at night. The suite was so nice! The parking lot was not difficult to navigate at all, despite what other reviews stated.
