The property was very modern and clean. Every single detail was perfect. The architecture, the furniture, the art work/paintings on the wall even the smell of the hotel was nice. The staff were absolutely amazing. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The door staff who stood outside the hotel lobby day and night always made sure to open and close the hotel doors as you enter/exit. Such a nice touch. Even the bakery/cafe was perfect. We didn’t get time to experience the bar on our trip but even that looked fantastic. Can’t wait to come back!!

What can I say? Property tells self court location fantastic nice friendly host. Everything is good. Only one problem. The parking is very expensive. $20 every day and specific location. Have to park vehicle. They tow my vehicle. I have to pay $200 all together. Stay seven days and I Spent only car parking and fine $345. Otherwise properties of very good location very nice view everything is good. I would like to go again. Stay there but I can’t afford parking.

The veiw was great. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. They gave us suggestions for parking, breakfast and dinner at the hotel along with things in the area. Customer service was commendable. Young man had just arrived to work and his energy was at 100% providing recommendations for eating the fire works, assistance with parking in the garage and just his engagement we truly appreciated.

The staff at check-in, Denali, was super friendly and accommodating. He helped up ensure we got this correct room type, we needed an accessible room and gave us wonderfully clear instructions on how to use the parking system. I appreciated his kindness and assistance.

The king-size bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. The shower was most exhilarating. Parking cost was outrageous, especially for outdoor parking.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel on the harbor. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Mr. Shields checked us in and displayed such professionalism. The rooms were nice and clean. Self parking garage well maintained.

Outside property was appealing. The inside was bright, cheery and clean. Staff was exceptional because when I asked for places to eat since I got there late. The attendant walked to the front of the building and directed me where to go. She was very pleasant and helpful. I like the fact that you offer in/out privileges at the parking lot which made it very convient. I lived the fact that the hotel had very easy access for places to eat and shop.

Location, breakfast, and most of the staff was great. Parking lot was close by. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Kitchen staff was very attentive. Hot coffee was awesome. Had a very pleasant stay.
