I use this hotel every time I fly in from the UK. It is close to all of the amenities my wife and I require and access to my home where I grew up is only 15 minute drive away. I find this to be an excellent property and to me is located near everything you would need. The staff are excellent any time of day or night.

JFK airport very close, 20mn from the hôtel (due to traffic), shuttle services very good with a very funy and gentle driver, the breakfast could be a bit ameliorated, but the dinning room is very small, so first arrived, first will have a seat... expecially between 7:00 and 9:00am, over that I strongly recommend this hôtel, Jean-paul.

The motel is located on one of the main streets of Long Island; it may seem a bit far from the city center but you can take a train or a bus to get there in 40 minutes to one hour. The staff was nice; we smiled at each other and said hello every morning. The bed was extremely wide and comfortable; I slept like a log in spite of the jet lag. The room was air-conditioned. Not that there's a lot of noise coming in from the street, but it's always nice to be able to adjust the temperature and humidity in the room. There's a large desk, a fridge, a wardrobe, a small table and a couple of armchairs in the room. I had a bathtub in my room. Maybe it was not the largest or deepest one but definitely something I enjoyed. If your luggage is heavy, a large elevator will be of great help.
