A Pleasant Stay at Ngoc Hoa Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ngoc Hoa Hotel, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. This hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and value for money. Location The hotel is situated in a peaceful area, away from the busy streets, which provides a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. It’s ideal for those who seek a calm environment to unwind. Although it’s a bit off the main tourist routes, it is still conveniently close to local attractions and shops, making it easy to explore the area. Room The room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the décor was simple yet tasteful. I particularly appreciated the privacy of the room – it had a private balcony and a soundproof design, ensuring a quiet and restful stay. There was also a mini-fridge . Service

The satff is very friendly and helpful. They really take care of you and help you in every aspect. The room was clean. The breakfast was really good.

Amazing hospitality! The staff and service was on a tier of its own. Amazing amenities and breakfast buffet was a huge plus - one of the best buffet selections ever! Rooms were spacious and clean with beautiful views of the ocean and the resort. The soundproof was amazing you couldn’t hear a thing outside.

Upon check in Anh & Daisy were very helpful & accommodating. We arrived early & they were more than willing to allow us an early check in. Our room was an Ocean View Deluxe Suite King on the 13th floor. The staff had decorated our room & gave us a delicious cake for our anniversary which was just such a beautiful touch. The room was very spacious, with a walk in wardrobe, 2 toilets, a large bathroom with a bath & double hand basins, bedroom, lounge room & balcony. The housekeeping staff do a very thorough job of cleaning the room & also come back for a turn down service later in the day. We found the bed a little firm for our liking, this was quickly rectified with a mattress topper. During our 4 night stay, we dined at several of the restaurants on site. They were all excellent, including the breakfast offering, which would have to be the best hotel breakfast we have experienced in our travels. The grounds & gardens are beautifully maintained & lovely to walk amongst & look out upon. There are several pools, however we spent most of our time at the infinity pool on the 16th floor, as it was a little cooler up there due to the breeze. The pool attendant & also the lifeguard at the beach, would even lay the towel out on our sun loungers. We made use of the well equipped Gym, which also has a beautiful view of the beach. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle into Hoi An, however we didn’t make use of it, as we wanted to make the most of the hotel & facilities whilst we were there, including the beach. We were very sad to be checking out today to continue our travels, we would have stayed longer if we could have. I can’t imagine a property being more perfect, the absolute highlight though, was the staff. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile & a Xin Chao & couldn’t do enough to help us.

Comfortable large room, good soundproofing. Large balcony and beautiful sea view. Beautiful area and long beach where you can walk. Very friendly staff. Breakfast - a large variety of dishes and everything is delicious. Many restaurants on the territory - everything is very tasty and the prices are good. Really 5 * hotel and service. Thank you for your hospitality🫶

This is a scam service. The hotel did not confirm with this booking when we checked in. They asked us to pay by cash, higher price.

The hotel has such a calm and beautiful atmosphere — it reminds me so much of my grandparents’ house. The customer service is truly exceptional; everyone goes the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

Location is good, only 10 min walk from city center. Breakfast was very good, lots of food choices. Room is really big and spacious. The area around the bar and the pool is excellent and the prices of beer in the bar are reasonable.
