The location is perfect. The rooms are very sparse for the price but we did have everything we needed. The family that runs this place are wonderful and the food is delicious.

The location of the guesthouse is amazing. It’s a hidden gem with a beautiful terrace overviewing the most beautiful beach in Vietnam: Bai Xep. Breakfast was great, drinks was great..Gavin and Steve are very friendly. We were met to family dinner and it was excelent. Beach was the best we’ve ever have in Vietnam. We enjoyed it all two days. Big recommendation;)

Beautiful villas and great service. Very expensive though so has to be perfect. Binoculars in room would be a nice feature. Really enjoyed two spa treatments esp hot stone massage !
