Nice large inside bar/restaurant, outside terrace seating, and a smaller inside bar. The staff was exceptional.

The hotel is gorgeous, with comfortable clean rooms and a nice view of the mountains. Huge, well-equipped wellness department. The breakfast was plentiful, satisfying all needs, the dinner selection was excellent and very tasty. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the main ski lift. The hotel also provides ski storage in a comfortable, heated storage room. The hotel staff is kind, attentive and very polite.

Simply incredible. Goes into few things in your life that you need to experience. I have no words. It’s one of those times when you wanna bring all of your friends to see the place 😀. Staff were fantastic. Reception staff ready to take your hand and show you the place. Take you where you need to go. Restaurant staff-highest level pros that speak multiple languages and are extremely friendly. Spa staff-kind and polite with (as my wife testifies) extraterrestrial massage abilities (Krishna I’m looking at you!). Hotel manager that is totally hands on. Jumped on one of my problems and solved it like a wizard. Much appreciated.

It is a whole last floor of a private house where you have your own kitchen, shower, toilet, 2 bedrooms and a living room. You can close only bedrooms with your keys. It is not a problem at all - you just need to know it to avoid surprise :)

The apartment was totally new, absolutely clean and very spacious. The location was excellent - 7 min walk to the lift, 5 min walk to the Alpentherme and the city center. The host was very friendly.
