The house consists of multiple apartments of different sizes. We were on the lower level, and in spite of concerns it would be cold during our winter stay it was very warm. In fact, the apartment is heated from floors, which means your feet stay warm too. Besides that… Kitchen is well equipped. Apartment is very clean and modern. Bathroom has new and high quality faucets. Traunkirchen is a very beautiful destination with a dozen of trails for hiking. The hosts were friendly. Unfortunately, we broke some glasses because it was a big company, but this was resolved in a very reputable manner. We would come back again!

We loved absolutely everything. When we have arrived form a long trip we have been welcomed by Alex, excellent and friendly with necessary info regarding the parking, restaurants and facilities around. Exactly what you need when you just arrive. Then, breakfast was excellent served in a clean and cozy atmosphere. Greetings to Stefi and Michael, the owners / managers for maintaining everything at highest standard. The hotel is exactly what you need: perfectly placed, quiet, clean, comfortable, functional. I fully recommend this place for anyone who wants to explore the Austrian Lakes, as everything is 1 hour away by car and even this lake, Traunsee, has so many beauties to be discovered and explored. 10 out of 10 for us! Bonus: Cable Car is just behind the hotel.
