The apartment was very clean and had been beautifully restored (the building is from the 1400s). There is a table and a comfortable chair for reading. Very adequate kitchen. Bathroom is big - no bathtub but not really needed. A great shower. The apartment is very well cared for. We ended up getting food and eating in the room as it was so lovely. There is a timed door code for entering the building and the apartment itself. All very easy. Parking was also close and no problem. We will be back! The location is really perfect. A short walk to the main street in the old town.

Andrella Auszeithof - Schlaferlebnis im Holzfass si trova a Friedersbach, nella regione Bassa Austria, a 17 km da Ottenstein Castle. This stay was one of the most unique places that we have ever hosted !! First we are very thankful to the owner that waiting us until 1am for the check in! All the facilities were crystal clear (little barrel/house , toilet , shower , kitchen ..everything) Kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped Plenty parking space We and especially our baby we really enjoyed the animals and the rest of the farm The breakfast was really really tasteful and variable !! We will never forget this place !!

Apartment was in a great walking distance location from city center. It already amazes you the view from the hill on the street and then the building itself. Apartment offers everything someone needs for a stay plus much more. It even has umberallas, table games, basic/not-basic spices, coffees, radio, and much more. This apartment is like the Dubai hotel Burj Al-Arab - even though there are only 5* for rating hotels, that one is considered 7*. And same applies to this apartment - maximum is rating 10 but I am giving it 15! :)
