I would also mention great quality of sleep - mattress, fluffy pillows and blanket. And of course a unique feature of the hotel - private spa experience is very special. And on top of everything I really appreciate care and attention of personnel.

Van der Valk Hotel Gent also features a terrace. Excellent location next to the Gent FC stadium although not in the centre of town. Restaurant, bar, cafeteria all to a high standard in the hotel. Conference rooms also offerred.

The hotel has 38 rooms and suites that are decorated elegantly with antique furniture. They also feature high ceilings or sloped roofs. All rooms & suites offer views of the city, king-size beds, free WiFi, modern technology and luxury amenities. It was our honeymoon and the staff made us feel very welcomed and went the extra mile to make our stay memorable with extra little touches which were very much appreciated. The room was unique and full of thoughtful decor with wonderful ammenities and comfy beds.

The apartment is very spacious and it is kitted with high quality furniture while also being super practical. It is set in a beautiful historic house and it has been redone to high specs. The level of comfort was exceptional and visiting with younger guests it was perfect. The room has a large window-door towards a terrace facing a charming garden with unexpected hosts... two hens! The kitchen has all utensils needed and breakfast was amazing. Very kind hosts, thank you for a wonderful stay in Ghent !

Public transport stop Korenmarkt is a 5-minute walk. Grand Hotel Reylof is a 10-minute walk from both the House of Alijn and Saint Bavo's Cathedral. Hotel guests can make use of the paid on-site parking facilities. Valet parking is available for a surcharge. Lof restaurant is magnificent

Cleythil is located outside Maldegem, a 20-minute drive from historic Bruges and 30 minutes' drive from Ghent and the North Sea beach. The garden offers views of the Drongengoed forests and fields.

Lovely, small but high quality hotel with very friendly and helpful staff who make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was a good size, peaceful (all rooms face away from the nearby road) with a garden/countryside view. The selection at breakfast was astonishing for this size of hotel. For us, it was well located near motorway and Brugge and had plenty of parking, but you'd need a car to get there.

This luxurious family-run hotel in the Patershol District of Ghent offers rooms in 2 historic buildings and benefits from a free heated swimming pool. It is located 100 metres from the Gravensteen Castle and a 10-minute walk from Saint Bavo’s Cathedral. Central location, great base to explore Gent from (especially during Gentse Feesten). The family room is a bit dark, but spacious and comfortable. Quiet enough to not be bothered by any street noise. The heated swimming pool was a nice bonus.

Hotel Chamade offers a bar and free Wi-Fi access. i liked how teh staff was helpfull and super nice. the moroccan lady helped me correct something wrong and was supportive all the way. the place is so clean and very minimalistic
